Descripción y análisis de la gestión y contratación del nutricionista dietista en las actividades asistenciales a nivel clínico, hospitalario y ambulatorio en Colombia

Resumen
Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo y analítico de corte transversal cuyo objetivo fue mostrar las ventajas que trae un tipo de contratación diferente al tradicional. Se hizo la homologación de dos manuales y una guía tarifaria, según la Clasificación Única de Procedimientos en Salud, para las actividades correspondientes al área de nutrición clínica, también se aplicó una encuesta virtual a 122 Nutricionistas Dietistas que llevaran a cabo actividades asistenciales en el ámbito clínico/hospitalario y ambulatorio, con el fin de indagar sobre la ubicación geográfica, el tipo de contratación, el carácter de la institución y sus competencias dentro del área clínica, así mismo sobre las actividades asistenciales, el lugar donde las realiza, el número promedio atendido al mes y el número de personas que las atienden, el salario y las horas laboradas a la semana. Se encontró que se cuenta con 1 2 Nutricionistas Dietistas por institución, para llevar a cabo las diferentes actividades. El 75% de los Nutricionistas Dietistas trabajan bajo algún tipo de contrato, laboran 6 días a la semana y devengan en promedio $1 870.110. Quienes trabajan como independientes o quienes laboran simultáneamente bajo algún tipo de contratación y de manera independiente devengan salarios iguales o menores que quienes laboran bajo contrato, pero trabajan entre 1 4 días a la semana. Finalmente se plantea la posibilidad de generar una contratación por evento para las actividades asistenciales a nivel clínico/hospitalario y ambulatorio, el cual hará más rentable el ejercicio de la profesión.
Abstract
A descriptive observational and analytical cross-sectional study was realized with the objective of showing the advantages that brings a type of engagement different to the traditional one. The homologation of two manuals and a tariff guide were made, according to the Unique Classification of Health Procedures, for the activities corresponding to the area of clinic nutrition, also a virtual poll was apply to 122 nutritionist dieticians who carried out care activities in the clinic/hospitalary and ambulatory ambit, in order to investigate the geographical location, the type of engagement, the character of the institution and their skills within the clinical area, likewise the healthcare activities, the place where these are realized, the average number of people attended in the month and the number of people that attends them, the payment and the hours worked in the week. It was found that there are 1-2 nutritionist dieticians per institution, to carry out the different activities. The 75% of the nutritionist dietician work under some type of contract, they work six days a week and earn on average $1 870.110. Those who work as independents or those who work under an engagement and in an independent way at the same time earn an equal or lower payment than those who work only under a contract, but they work less days a week. Finally there is the possibility of generating a recruitment event for the healthcare activities at a clinic/hospitalary and ambulatory ambit, who makes more profitable the exercise of the profession.
