Resumen
Este proyecto pretende realizar una reflexión sobre los desarrollos del maquillaje a través del tiempo y cómo sus prácticas se vinculan en la transformación del individuo contemporáneo, explorando la influencia que éste ha tenido en la humanidad, en su desarrollo, su forma de actuar, lo que expresa u oculta su pensamiento, develando así sus apariencias. ¿En qué momento el maquillaje se convierte en un dispositivo de apariencia? La manera en que el maquillaje (la materia) se empieza a utilizar como un dispositivo para ocultar o revelar el verdadero aspecto y comienza a develar posiciones y posturas en las personas hoy en día. Es decir, para cambiar u ocultar quién se es físicamente y también para hacer revelar los más profundos deseos y ambiciones.
Abstract
This Project pretends to realize a reflection about the development of makeup through history and how its practices are linked to the transformation of the contemporaneous individual, exploring how it has affected humanity, its development, acting, what its thinking shares and what it hides, bringing to the light its appearances. ¿In which moment the makeup becomes an appearance device0 The way how makeup (materia) begins being used by a hiding and revealing device of the real aspect and starts to expose attitudes in people nowadays. It means, to chance or to hide what it is physically and also to reveal the deepest desires and ambitions. In this Project, the materia is the main character because of its connotation, its form and properties, its meanings and hidden messages. The materia that covers the body, invades it, changes it and transforms it.
