Resumen
Antes de la conformación de la tercera Republica de Polonia, este país de Europa Central tuvo que someterse a ciertas transformaciones a lo largo del siglo XX. Pero 1989 es el año que marcará un antes y un después; el Movimiento Político Solidaridad inició un proceso de transición económica y política, durante este proceso de acciones liberales capitalistas no se tuvieron en consideración los múltiples efectos sobre una población familiarizada con una serie de derechos sociales que, por el contrario, tendría que enfrentarse al libre mercado de manera inmediata.
Esta transformación afectó de manera transversal a toda la sociedad, y en el caso específico de la mujer, que es el interés del presente trabajo, su papel social se vio reformado por un prototipo implantado por las clases dominantes, haciendo que, en sentido económico y político, se vieran vulnerados sus derechos.
Pensando en la condición social y laboral de la mujer polaca a través de los cambios estructurales y de régimen del país, el presente trabajo se centra en el periodo de transición y entrada de Polonia a la Unión Europea, identificando tanto la vulneración de derechos como las oportunidades laborales que encuentran las mujeres en cada uno de los periodos de cambio de régimen del país.
Abstract
Before the formation of the third Republic of Poland, this Central European country had to undergo certain transformations throughout the 20th century. But 1989 is the year that will set a before and after; the Political Solidarity Movement initiated a process of economic and political transition, during this process of capitalist liberal actions the multiple effects on a population familiar with a series of social rights that, on the contrary, would have to face the free market, were not taken into consideration. immediately.
This transformation affected the society, and in the specific case of women, which is the interest of the present work, its social role was reformed by a prototype implanted by the dominant classes, causing that, in an economic and politically way, his rights were violated.
Thinking about the social and working condition of Polish women through the structural and regime changes of the country, the present work focuses on the period of transition and entry of Poland to the European Union, identifying both the violation of rights and the employment opportunities that women find in each one of the periods of regime change in the country.
