Resumen
Se presenta el proceso de construcción del artefacto propuesto orientado a la disminución del error de conteo, las pruebas que se implementaron y los resultados de la experimentación con el prototipo, teniendo en cuenta los estudios cualitativos y cuantitativos realizados durante todo el período de investigación para determinar los aspectos técnicos que el artefacto que deben incluirse para satisfacer las principales causas de errores y obtener un dispositivo con todos los requisitos, se debe enfatizar que existen otros dispositivos que contribuyen al desarrollo adecuado del proceso.
Abstract
Then, it presents the construction process of the proposed artifact, the tests that were implemented and the results of the
experimentation with the prototype, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative studies carried out during the entire
investigation period to determine the technical aspects that the artifact must include in order to satisfy the major causes of
errors and obtain a device with all of the requirements, it should be emphasized that there are other appliances that contribute
to the proper development of the process, which are very useful to serve as a complement to the main objective that is to
reduce the impact of the error of the picking process in the preparation area of Comercial Nutresa.
The final design that is proposed is a three-buttoned polo-style shirt, which has a side-to-side pocket with a maximum
capacity of 15 Kg, this device was analyzed to avoid ergonomic injuries with the help of two shoulder straps on each
shoulder that help the compartment gradually distribute the weight equally through the body and an adjustable strap in the
back in order to provide an extra support for the material to become more resistant.
Its functionality was evaluated as the ability of the tool to reduce the number of trips, increasing concentration and
decreasing the amount of time the person counting the products.
The pertinence as the way in which the tool harmonizes with the surroundings of the place of enlistments. And finally
following the line of thought of the International Ergonomics Association, Ergonomy was evaluated as the adaptation that
the product can have to the user's physical and mental abilities and limitations.
The manufacturing process of the artifact was initially suggested by 3 prototypes that despite having the same characteristics,
they had different designs and uses. The final prototype was selected after a considerable number of tests and acceptance
interviews that provided the first-hand information needed to adapt the prototype properly, according to the essential
necessities of the worker. They were manufactured all equal for men and women.
The results were measured by the comparison methodology, which consists of analyzing the shift of 14 people before using
the device and later measuring these same people with the device who through the verifications of the novelties the missing
and extra products by each enlistment. Obtaining as satisfactory results the average reduction in shortages were reduced by
12.7% and the excess by 30%, results that show that the usage of the device contributes to the economic and personal aspects
as a company, avoiding losses of time, money and customers.
