The impact of the institutional culture of Gimnasio Campestre Beth Shalom in their studentsResumen
A través de este proyecto se trabaja la relación existente entre comunicación y cultura, más específicamente entre comunicación institucional y cultura institucional. Para ese fin, se seleccionó el impacto de la cultura institucional en los estudiantes del colegio Gimnasio Campestre Beth Shalom con base en el manual de convivencia. El trabajo da a conocer cuál es la congruencia que existe en el comportamiento de los estudiantes con relación al manual de convivencia que se rige bajo la cultura Cristocéntrica del colegio.
El trabajo refleja como la comunicación en una institución es fundamental ya que da lugar a la transmisión de información que se presenta entre el cuerpo del colegio, como lo son el rector, profesores y estudiantes. La comunicación, permite identificar el crecimiento de la institución educativa y alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Los procesos de comunicación que existen en cada institución deben ser coherentes entre sí, y por esta razón es pertinente que se evalué constantemente el buen desarrollo de todas las áreas que hacen parte de la comunicación.
Este trabajo nos recuerda la importancia de que una institución educativa cuente con una comunicación efectiva para obtener más fuerza y llegar a lograr las metas que se propone y de que forma la comunicación debe trabajar como un instrumento estratégico que crea nuevas formas para beneficiar el crecimiento en excelencia de la institución.
Abstract
Through this project we work on the relationship between communication and culture, in a more specific way between institutional communication and institutional culture. In order to it, it got select the impact of the institutional culture on the students of the Gimnasio Campestre Beth Shalom school based on the Coexistence Manual. This proyect shows wich is the congruence that exists in the behavior of students in relation to the Coexistence Manual that is governed under the Christ-centered culture of the school.
This work reflects how communication in an institution is fundamental since it gives place to the transmission of information that is presented between the body of the school, such as the rector, teachers and students. Communication, allows to identify the growth of the educational institution and achieve the proposed objectives. The communication processes that exist in each institution must be coherent with each other, and for this reason it is pertinent that the good development of all the areas that are part of the communication is constantly evaluated.
This work reminds us of the importance of an educational institution having an effective communication to obtain more strength and achieve the goals that are proposed, and how communication should work as a strategic instrument that creates new ways to benefit growth in Excellence of the institution.
