Resumen
En esta monografía se pretende hacer un análisis sobre las relación política entre Colombiay Venezuela en el período comprendido entre 2006 y 2010, siendo que dicha relación en laúltima década se vio afectada por una serie de tensiones políticas, militares, comerciales ydiplomáticas, agudizadas entre otras cosas por las posturas ideológicas radicalmenteopuestas del ex presidente de Colombia Álvaro Uribe Vélez y el actual Presidente deVenezuela, Hugo Chávez. Por lo tanto, el siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo generalrealizar un análisis sobre el conflicto entre Colombia y Venezuela desde la teoría delconstructivismo social. Para ello, se establecen como objetivos específicos identificar ycomprender los fundamentos del constructivismo como base teórica en el campo de lasrelaciones internacionales, analizar la situación de conflicto entre Colombia y Venezuela através del antagonismo entre sus gobernantes, el ex presidente Alvaro Uribe Vélez y elpresidente Hugo Chávez Frías, respectivamente, realizar un cuadro comparativo entre lossistemas de seguridad y política exterior de los gobiernos de Colombia y Venezuela entre losaños 2006 y 2010, y realizar unas conclusiones sobre la situación estructural de conflictoentre ambos mandatarios y los países en mención.
Abstract
In this monograph it is intended to perform an analysis of the political relationship betweenColombia and Venezuela in the period 2006 - 2010, since that relationship in the last decadewas affected by a series of political, military, commercial and diplomatic tensions, heightened among other things by the ideological postures radically opposed of the former president ofColombia Alvaro Uribe Velez and the current President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez.Therefore, the general objective of this work is to perform a analysis about the conflictbetween Colombia and Venezuela from the theory of social constructivism. Therefor aresettled as specific objectives to identify and to understand the grounds of the constructivismas a theoretical basis in the field of international relations, to analyze the situation of conflictbetween Colombia and Venezuela through the antagonism between their rulers, the formerpresident Alvaro Uribe Velez and the president Hugo Chavez Frias, respectively, to make acomparison table between the systems of security and foreign policy of the governments ofColombia and Venezuela between the years 2006 - 2010, and to make conclusions about thestructural situation of conflict between the two leaders and the countries mentioned.
