Abstract
"The proposed Management Plan Zone Management and Environmental Protection (ZMPA), emphasizes that these areas should be treated by linking with the city and ""a gradation of uses, ranging from the typical recreational urban edge, passing for passive recreation, to the conservation and restoration of biodiversity. ""Taking into account the needs of people both locally and metropolitan, understanding the norm and approaches zones management and environmental protection and personal attitude recovery water sources and future of Bogotá, adaptable- space amphibian or flood that can accommodate the amount of water remaining in the rainy season and that meets the average high floods and aims, thus making it adaptable spaces are generated temporalities: Flood vs. Drought, Day vs. Night, Motion vs. Stillness, Liquid vs. Solid. To meet the space needs of these temporalities project arises and is understood as overlapping systems and play an important development of the park particular function."
