Abstract
Search the articulation of the East with the West not only in respect of uses but connectivity as 72nd Street lends itself as a hub of connectivity from the airport to the race 7, at others through the city connecting different centralities and uses that can complement through a single axle from the visual connection of the hill with green areas and parks in the town of neighborhoods together. For this reason a project that is comprehensive in its urban structure and uses, such as mainly financial, which is linearly distributed in the sense of 72nd Street, which will be extended to support more traffic mobility are looking for buildings have heights that comprise 12 to 30 floors, which in turn conform a mixture of type (trade first floors 3, the following recent offices and housing) uses. A linear backbone of renaturation is proposed, which allows the release of public space and greenery stays, giving priority to pedestrian traffic and cycling trail proposal with existing circuit, burying 72nd Street, and the race 24.
