Abstract
The project consists to analyze the three dimensions of what is known as Slow Movement in a worldwide level, the Slow as a movement in its generality, the Slow Food as a response to the standardization and expansion of fast foods and Slow Comunication, as response to the flood of information in a digital level, from the discursive and / or symbolic context, through hardware and the disposal of electronic devices. The main objective was to establish whether this movement, through its various manifestations, is a cultural practice background, a social response to hiper production and consumption or is simply a trend. To do this we inquired about the beginning of this movement through the Slow Food and the standardization of food and the emergence of well-called fast food chains gave rise to the emergence of a movement or antagonistic trend towards sustainability. We also inquired about the communication from the slow movement, from academic and theoretical work that have recently emerged. This firts approaches show the harmful effect of the informative avalanche and standardization and contextualization of content, and the trend in the access / purchase of certain electronic and digital communication devices.
