Abstract
"The present research was commissioned to analyze the relationship between artistic practices and political practices, in the light of the youth actions carried out by members of the Horizonte Cultural Center-Ciudadela Educativa (CCH-CE). The foregoing seeks, on the one hand, to contribute to the reflection on youth practices, their relationship with the political and the implications of this in shaping the popular urban youth as sociopolitical actors, from the theater as an artistic practice that ""was not bom to entertain, but to share an experience, an emotion in a stage with a public"" (Ripamonti G., 2016) mainly neighborhood-municipal, municipal and regional. On the other hand, ittranscends the ""social perception of the youth of urban popular sectors as aggressive, violent and dangerous subjects by the association that is made with the vital contexts in which they reside"" (PCUJ, 2005, 19) Of young people as a possibility that allows them to understand them in their urban contexts, as actors jalonadores of sustainable alternative coexistences that create other ways of relating in and with society."
