Abstract
This degree work focuses on the negotiation process with paramilitary groups or AUC that were consolidated with law 975 of 2005 but that has as antecedent the law of alternative penal 2002 and as precedent the disputes with the constitutional court and the supreme court of justice 2005 and 2007. In this context a political analysis of the discourse was made from the floating signifier of Laclau to show how in the scenario of the relations of political force a dispute was filled with meaning the signifier of political crime by representatives in the State (Civil and Political Society) of both the current government and the Social Subalternity. Subsequently from Gramsci's categories it is evident the implications that this recognition to the paramilitaries as political delinquents would bring evidencing a struggle against hegemony, crisis of legitimacy, appeasement of a possible or latent organic crisis and the search for a delegitimization of any action that evidences its disagreement with the current government.
