Abstract
This work aims, based on the research carried out during the studies in the subject of "Seminar Work of Degree", which identifies a series of problems (deterioration of heritage, product of the impact that tourism has had in the region) ; help the correct management and conservation of the resources that are currently on the waiting list to obtain their patrimonial declaration, in this way help to raise awareness among both the inhabitants of the region and the visitors who arrive there, promoting responsible tourism both with the environment and with the natural, cultural and built heritage that are in danger due to the high impact generated by tourism that is badly organized (and even illegal).
Thanks to this project, the quality of life can be improved both for the people who inhabit the city, as well as for the visitors who come from different parts of the country and the world; This is to be achieved through the design and implementation of a large public park that connects different aspects of both the region and the city and includes them within the project's program. This park will have large green areas and wooded areas that will increase the rate of green areas per inhabitant, achieving a balance between the impact of the project (being new work) and the buffer zones raised within this park.
