Sommario
"La belleza de la imperfección", muestra como una mujer con una corporalidad alterada logra
hacer un proceso de resiliencia para reivindicar un nuevo concepto de belleza en la sociedad.
Son las historias de mujeres que resisten frente a un modelo estético clasificatorio y que en
muchas ocasiones no las tiene en cuenta. De esta forma, viven un proceso de superación, en
donde se da un proceso de resiliencia y reivindican otra forma de belleza. Afrontan su
situación y empiezan a valorar otros tipos de belleza que tenían antes pero no eran tan
vigentes en sus vidas.
Se incluyen diálogos, descripción de escenas y la práctica política que realizan: charlas,
Fundaciones o redes sociales. Igualmente, el componente gráfico del producto son
ilustraciones de cada una. Debido a que el tema central es la belleza y específicamente la
reivindicación del concepto, se plantea una forma distinta de reflejar la identidad corporal de
un sujeto. El relato de Patricia, Luz Marina y Ashley representa la voz de muchas otras
mujeres que aceptan su cuerpo y narran otra historia de la belleza. Una desde experiencias
individuales e historias reales.
Astratto
"The beauty of imperfection", shows how a woman with an altered corporality achieves to make a process of resilience to claim a new concept of beauty in society. It’s the story of women who resist against a classificatory model of beauty, that in many times doesn’t take them into account.
In this way, they live a process of personal improvement, in where there is involve resilience and they claim another form of beauty. They face their
situation and start to value other types of beauty that they had before but they were not so current in their lives.
The document includes dialogues, description of scenes and the political practice they perform: talks, foundations or social networks. Likewise, the graphic component of the product are illustrations of each women. Because the central theme is beauty and specifically the claiming of the concept, it is propose a different way of reflect the body identity of a subject.
The story of Patricia, Luz Marina and Ashley represents the voice of many women who accept their body and tell a different story of beauty, one from individual experiences and real facts.
