Este trabajo tiene como fin analizar los efectos de la desinformación compartidos en Twitter por los dirigentes Iván Duque y Donald Trump, en el período: 1 de marzo hasta el 15 de octubre de 2020. En primera instancia, se verificaron las cuentas oficiales de los dirigentes; en segunda, con el software, NVivo, se recuperaron los tuits que contenían las palabras «Coronavirus», «Pandemia», «COVID-19» o «Covid». Luego, se seleccionaron algunos de los trinos más polémicos, que incluían datos inexactos de los mandatarios. Paso seguido, se interpretaron los tuits, relacionándolos con los nodos previamente categorizados con «noticias falsas», «posverdad y comunicación política», «infodemia». Finalmente, con el propósito de orientar a los usuarios que podrían confundirse en medio de tantos datos producidos en los ecosistemas digitales, y en donde resulta complicada la construcción de una verdad racional que permita el desarrollo de un pensamiento crítico y la toma de decisiones correctas, se decide crear una serie de consejos que permita evaluar, discernir y hacer uso correcto de la información.
Abstrakt
This work aims to analyze the effects of disinformation shared
on Twitter by the leaders Iván Duque and Donald Trump, in the period: 1
March to October 15, 2020. In the first instance, the
official accounts of the leaders; second, with the software, NVivo,
recovered the tweets that contained the words "Coronavirus", "Pandemic",
"COVID-19" or "Covid". Then some of the more trills were selected.
controversial, which included inaccurate data from the leaders. Step followed,
interpreted the tweets, relating them to the previously categorized nodes
with "fake news", "post-truth and political communication", "infodemic."
Finally, with the purpose of orienting users who might get confused in the midst of so much data produced in digital ecosystems, and where the construction of a rational truth that allows the development of critical thinking and making the right decisions, it is decided create a series of tips that allow you to evaluate, discern and make correct use of the information
