Legionnaire trainingResumen

With concern it is observed that the movement has lost its momentum and leadership cultivated for years, finding itself in a routine stage, unattractive to the new generations, creating apathy, laziness and desertion in the legionaries.
This episode that we lived as legionaries, led us to ask ourselves: what is the underlying problem that its lack of growth is generating in the movement? What actions should we take so that the new member of the apostolate finds within the movement his desire for spiritual growth and that he feels useful and productive in the parish community and evangelizing action?
After an exhaustive investigation, we found that due to the lack of continuous motivation, formation and training in the parishes, it is falling into a state of conformism, apathy and indifference. This is caused because the priests must attend to many pastoral fronts in their communities, and the same movement has not generated strategies of organization and permanence of legionary groups that convince and act from expressions and actions of faith from the objective.
Taking into account that the legionary has a journey of Christian initiation, which motivated him to enter the movement, the need arises to acquire a training within the Marian charism that seduces him to become an evangelizing agent of said charism, and not only in a recipient of the Word.
For this reason, we have decided to create a training document for the legionary, which helps him to meet the maternal face of the Father in his Son Jesus Christ through Mary. In

it we will lead the legionary to a hermeneutic of the Word of God for his life and performance as an evangelizing agent, having Mary as the central figure, studied under the three theological virtues of Faith, Hope and Charity.
With this we contribute to the formation and spiritual and material growth of the legionary and the movement in general.
In this investigative work, we will resort to the qualitative method, to the memories of the experiences and experiences that provide us with the starting point, and lead us to actions and improvement behaviors that are attractive and transmit enthusiasm in current legionaries and in the new generations.
