Chronodisruption as a risk factor for the development of excess weight : a systematic literature reviewSommario

Excess weight belongs to the group of Non-Communicable Chronic Diseases, its origin is multifactorial and is considered the new epidemic of the 21st century, in addition to the fact that today concern has increased due to the presence of comorbidities that increase the risk of death from COVID 19. Today concerns about this disease have increased, which is why the causes that were previously unknown have begun to be addressed, one of the causes that increases the risk of this are the bad habits of life that include the short dreams or bad quality product of the increased of the evening chronotype or also by the increase in night work, this causes a disruption of the circadian rhythm which controls through clocks the homeostasis of the energy metabolism, through the regulation of hormonal secretion, the influence on Total Energy Expenditure, the circadian variation regulated of the clock genes, and the change in the intestinal micro biota resulting from an alteration in this cycle and other mechanisms that will be treated in more depth in this research.
A literature search was carried out in three databases and those articles between the years 2015-2021 were used. Based on the information obtained, a systematization of the information and a screening were carried out, which resulted in 30 articles that fully met the inclusion criteria established in the research., of which it was possible to resolve each of the mechanisms already mentioned added to some as the choice of food coordinated by the type of chronotype is evening, are those subjects who are most active at night, or matutine where subjects are most active in the morning, and the action of proinflammatory cytokines before a sleep disruption and how these influence the development of excess weight.
It was evident that although the information is reliable and shows us how the chronic disruption is considered a risk factor for obesity, there are not many articles that deal with the subject in greater depth, which is why it is necessary to increase research in the field with larger and more prospective studies in addition to the use of human subjects to achieve more accurate and truthful information on the subject to be discussed.
