Resumen
El pie del paciente diabético requiere de especial cuidado clínico y atención médica, ya que es una de las estructuras del cuerpo humano donde se generan las principales complicaciones crónicas de la diabetes. Existen diversos estudios de las asociaciones entre el microorganismo infectante y la fase clínica de la patología, pero en su mayoría son realizados en bacterias debido al componente inflamatorio que complica el cuadro clínico del paciente.
Abstract
The foot of the diabetic patient requires special care and clinical care, as it is one of the structures of the human body which are generated major chronic complications of diabetes. Several studies of the associations between the infecting organism and the clinical stage of the disease, but most are made in bacteria due to inflammatory component that complicates the clinical of the patient.
