Resumen
Este estudio tiene como propósito identificar mediante la descripción y comparación de 4 casos de instituciones educativas cómo éstos están preparados para implementar la ley 1620 de marzo del 2013. Esta Ley tiene como objetivo prevenir y detectar aquellas situaciones que afectan la convivencia escolar y la formación de ciudadanos que aporten a la construcción de una sociedad más democrática. Mediante entrevistas, grupos focales y encuestas con diversos miembros de la comunidad educativa (profesores, rectores, coordinadores, orientadores), se buscó indagar el conocimiento que tienen de esta nueva ley y con qué recursos cuentan actualmente para dar respuesta a la misma.
Abstract
This study has as intention identify by means of the description and comparison of 4 cases of educational institutions how these are prepared to implement the law 1620 of March, 2013. This Law has as aim anticipate and detect those situations that affect the school conviviality and the citizens' formation that reach to the most democratic society. By means of interviews, focal groups and surveys with diverse members of the educational community (teachers, rectors, coordinators, psychologists), one sought to investigate the knowledge that they have of this new law and what resources they possess nowadays to give response to the same one.
