Recuperación de los sistemas hídrico y de equipamientos como sistemas estructurantes para un mejoramiento integral

Resumen
El crecimiento informal, la urbanización no planificada y la falta de cultura y apropiación hacia el agua implican la perdida acelerada de los valores ambientales, paisajísticos y productivos del Rio Bogotá y de la Sabana. La importancia de este tema radica en que necesitamos del agua para nuestro sustento diario y es un elemento vital de vida y los equipamientos son los dispositivos que en armonía con el sistema hídrico y natural van a generar la apropiación por parte de los ciudadanos y van a contribuir para generar un espacio de convivencia y cohesión social alrededor de este sistema hídrico mejorando la calidad de vida e incrementando la vida en sociedad. El proyecto parte de la visión de ciudad como un sistema de relaciones donde los subsistemas interactúan mutuamente haciendo que sus partes se complementen y se relacionen logrando una ciudad y un territorio dinámico y abierto construido por varias estructuras sistemáticas integradas y no por partes fragmentadas. Al ser la ciudad un sistema de relaciones se puede decir que todos cooperan para que haya una armonía entre todos los sistemas generando un territorio sostenible e innovador que responda los cambios. En conclusión se plantea un sistema de parques temáticos que funcionan como una franja articuladora entre lo urbano y lo rural, tomando el sistema hídrico y de equipamientos como los sistemas que estructuran y definen estos parques mitigando el crecimiento no planificado sobre la Sabana y así recuperando los valores paisajísticos y ambientales del Rio logrando una armonía entre los sistemas.
Abstract
The casual unplanned urbanization growth, and lack of culture and water appropriation to involve the accelerated loss of environmental, landscape and productive values of Bogota River and Sabana. The importance of this issue is that we need the water for our daily sustenance and is a vital element of life and equipment are devices that in harmony with the natural water system will generate the appropriation by citizens and will contribute to create a space for coexistence and social cohesion around this water system to improve the quality of life and increasing the life in society. The project is the vision of the city as a system of relationships where mutually interacting subsystems making parts complement and interact managing a city and a dynamic and open territory structures built by several systematic integrated and not fragmented parts. Being the city a system of relations can be said that all cooperate so that there is harmony among all generating sustainable and innovative territory changes responsive systems. In conclusion a system of theme parks that function as an articulating strip between the urban and the rural, taking the water system and equipment and the systems that structure and define these parks mitigating the unplanned growth of the Savannah and thus recovering raises the landscape and environmental values of Rio achieving harmony between systems.
