Resumen
La población del municipio de Ayapel ha sido amenazada y vulnerada desde hace 3 años debido a inundaciones por desbordamientos del río Cauca y el río San Jorge. Este fenómeno ha inundado mas del 50% del municipio en donde mas de 26 mil personas se han visto afectadas. El proyecto propone una solución rápida de vivienda la cual tenga la capacidad de flotar y resistir esos eventos de crecientes de aguas en zonas vulnerables de la región siendo completamente respetuoso con la identidad cultural que allí se sostiene.
Abstract
The population in Ayapel have been threatened and affected by floods of the San Jorge and Cauca rivers since 2010. This floods have damaged almost 50% of the region´s landscape where more than 26 thousand people have been affected. This project is about a proposal of new homes which will have to be made in fast procedures and will need to be capable of floating, resisting the flood events and with a lot of respect towards the cultural characteristics which are present in this region.
