Resumen
La renovación urbana busca realizar transformaciones dentro de la ciudad, por ello, esta investigación se basa en el estudio del Centro Administrativo Nacional CAN y sus diferentes momentos históricos, donde se presentaron diversos proyectos para el cambio del centro de la ciudad los cuales incluían principalmente el Palacio Presidencial y sus edificios ministeriales, hasta la actualidad, momento en el cual ya existe una propuesta ganadora que estableció un Plan Maestro y por parte del gobierno distrital, un Plan Parcial de Renovación Urbana para el CAN. Se inicia con un recorrido desde el siglo XVII, donde se comenzó a tener operaciones urbanísticas en la Hacienda El Salitre, pasando por el impacto que tuvo el golpe de estado liderado por el General Rojas Pinilla en 1953, el cual quiso trasladar de lugar para dar un nuevo enfoque a las entidades estatales. El interés creado para esta investigación, es el estancamiento del CAN frente a una renovación urbana responsable y de cara a la sociedad. Por lo anterior, se indagó sobre los diferentes estudios realizados, para identificar cual da soluciones para la recuperación del CAN que hoy presenta es obsolescencia, e igualmente no se logra aprovechar los múltiples equipamientos y zonas viales principales que lo rodean, entre muchos otros factores que dan viabilidad al proyecto.
Abstract
The urban renewal seeks to make transformations within the city, so this research is based on the study of the National Administrative Center - CAN and its different historical moments, where various projects were presented for the change of the city center which mainly included The Presidential Palace and its ministerial buildings, until today, at which time there is already a winning proposal that established a Master Plan and by the district government, a Partial Urban Renewal Plan for the CAN. It begins with a route from the XVII century, where began to have urban operations in the Hacienda El Salitre, passing through the impact of the coup led by General Rojas Pinilla in 1953, which wanted to move from place to place A new approach to state entities. The interest created for this research, is the stagnation of the CAN in front of a responsible urban renewal and facing the society. Due to the above, it was inquired about the different studies carried out, in order to identify which solutions for the CAN recovery that is presented today is obsolescence, and also it is not possible to take advantage of the multiple equipments and main road areas that surround it, among many other factors that Make the project viable.
