Resumen
El barrismo futbolero es un fenómeno social y cultural que ha venido siendo abordado en los últimos años por la academia. En este trabajo se propone cambiar el concepto de mal llamada barra brava por barrismo futbolero, ya que de entrada se estigmatiza a sus seguidores y espectadores. Se trabajó el tema de la participación ciudadana e inclusión social a partir de la experiencia vivida por los barristas en el primer consejo local de barrismo futbolero de la ciudad de Bogotá, específicamente de la localidad de Fontibón. Además, se mencionó una gran parte de la legislación y la política pública de este fenómeno junto a la metodología utilizada y sus resultados. Por último, se afirmó que el barrismo futbolero es una tribu urbana y no un movimiento social.
Abstract
Football barrismo has become a social and cultural phenomenon that academic communities have been working on in the latest years. This paper aims to change the idea of “barras bravas” for football barrismo due to the stigma given to football fans and the audience. The topics of citizen participation and social inclusion were tackled in this document regarding life experiences of football fans in the first local council of football barrismo held in Bogota D.C, in the district of Fontibon. Likewise, this phenomenon was analyzed taking into account the current national legislation and public policies as long as the methodology and data collection methods used. Finally, the authors affirm that the football barrismo should be considered as an urban tribe rather than as a social movement.
