Junto a otros elementos, la convención y los estudios empíricos deben ser incluidos en el concepto de “derechos humanos”, pues suponen la legitimidad del ordenamiento jurídico y el punto de comunicación entre los sistemas de la política y el derecho, aportando de manera decisiva a la efectividad de los derechos humanos.
Abstract
Along with other elements, Convention and empirical research must be included when building a concept for “human rights”. These elements characterise the legitimacy of the rule of law and the communication point between political and juridical social sub-system, contributing largely to the effectiveness of human rights.
