La formación de la enfermera con enfoque de competencias académicas es un proceso que induce al estudiante a auto-programar el saber y el hacer mediante el desarrollo progresivo de las dimensiones cognoscitivas, comunicativa, socio-afectiva, ética y moral, aplicadas al cuidado de enfermería a la mujer/pareja/familia. Estas compentencias se analizan en forma relacional con los componentes profesional, disciplinar e investigativo, con énfasis en la formación integral del estudiante, el cual lo induce al crecimiento de su ser personal para así poder enarbolar el saber y el hacer académico como fase preparatoria al quehacer profesional. ABSTRACTThe nursing education with approach of academic competitions is a process that induces students to program their knwledge and performance, by means of progressive development of the cognoscenti dimensions, communicative, partner-affective, ethical and moral applied from nursing care to woman/couple/family. These competitions are analyzed in relational form with professional components, interdiscipline and research; with emphasis in the integral formation of the students who induce it to the growth of their personal being thus to te be able to hoist their knowledge and academics; from college-phase to the professional tasks.
Abstract
