Las interacciones estudiante-profesor en los procesos formativos de la educación superior. El caso de la Facultad de Enfermería de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana

Abstract

Este artículo resultado del estudio cualitativo cuya finalidad es interpretar los procesos interactivos profesor-estudiante en la Facultad de Enfermería de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, para comprender los procesos formativos dados en la Educación Superior. En el estudio participaron 38 estudiantes de la Facultad de Enfermería, con edades que oscilaban entre los 22 y los 48 años, de diferentes estratos socioeconómicos. Una gran parte de ellos, auxiliares de enfermería con experiencia y vinculación laboral en instituciones de salud. La población restante fueron bachilleres recién egresados de la educación secundaria. Los hallazgos muestran las transformaciones que refieren los estudiantes en su proceso formativo en el ser, saber y hacer, relacionadas con la interacción con el profesor; de la misma manera, los docentes muestran cómo a través de la acción pedagógica contribuyen en los diferentes ámbitos de este proceso. ABSTRACTThe objective of this qualitative case study is to interpret the processes on interaction between the student and the teacher at the Javeriana University Nursing Department, in orden to understand the formative procedures that happen in the Superior Education. In this case study we had the participation of 38 students from the Nursing Department with ages between 22 years old and 48 years old, from different socioeconomic environments. An important part of the group has responsabilities in medical care institutions, from volunteers to nursing assistans. The rest of the group, bachelors just obtained their graduate diploma from high school education. The findings of the study show the transformations of the students in their knowledge and their bahave related with the interaction wiht the teacher. At the same time, the teachers show how trough the pedagogical action they contribute in different manners in this process.
