| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo tiene por objeto la revisión y descripción del panorama doctrinal, legislativo, precedentual y casuístico de una de las modalidades de prácticas anticompetitivas, cual es la colusión en compras públicas, y su más importante tendencia actual: la participación accionarial horizontal.
