UNA APROXIMACIÓN A LOS PRECIOS DE TRANSFERENCIAResumo
El presente artículo aborda el tema de los precios de transferencia, haciendo especial énfasis en el recién introducido régimen de la Ley 788 de 2002. Se analizan las consideraciones de tipo general, los antecedentes en la legislación colombiana y sus principales elementos, que incluye los presupuestos fundamentales, los distintos métodos y demás mecanismos de especial relevancia.
Abstract
This article refers to the newly created regime for transfer pricing in Colombia. It analyses the general matters concerning the subject, the legal background, and it’s different elements that include basic postulates, the applicable methods and other relevant mechanisms.
