EL ARBITRAJE EN EQUIDADResumen
En el presente trabajo el autor hace una breve descripción del arbitraje en equidad y lo compara con otras figuras del derecho contemporáneo y de los requisitos para fallar en equidad. Trata además de la composición del Tribunal de Arbitramento y de las facultades de los árbitros y finaliza con una referencia al recurso de anulación.
Abstract
In this paper the author describes arbitration ex bono et aequo and compares it with other figures of contemporary law and the requirements to rule in equity in arbitration. Stands for the makeup of the arbitrators of a court and the power of them. The paper ends with a reference to the nullity trial against arbitration rules.
