EL MARCO NORMATIVO DEL SISTEMA DE RIESGOS PROFESIONALES EN LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL COLOMBIANAResumen
El presente estudio ofrece una visión de conjunto de los principales criterios normativos que regulan el sistema general de riesgos profesionales dentro del sistema colombiano de seguridad social. En consecuencia expone sistemáticamente la regulación vigente del sistema, es decir, la normatividad básica del decreto ley 1295 de 1994, la situación de ese estatuto con la sentencia C-452 de 2002 de la Corte Constitucional y las normas de la Ley 776 de 2002. El texto explica también el contenido jurídico de los principales decretos reglamentarios del sistema de riesgos profesionales.
Abstract
This paper offers a new vision of the main legal criteria in regulation of the general system of professional risks in the Colombian Social Security System. Mainly, stands for the current system of regulation, which contains the basic law according to the Act 1295 of 1994 of the Colombian Congress, the aftermath of this regulation with the rule of the Constitutional Court (C.-452/2002) and the law 776 of 2002. The paper explains the content of the main decrees of the professional risks system.
