El contrato de obra, civil o de obra pública, en la vida económica generagrandes y difíciles conflictos sociales, económicos y jurídicos, todos los cuales nacen de una indebida interpretación y aplicación de las normas que regulan estos negocios jurídicos. Este artículo resalta las razones legales que deben tener las partes involucradas en su ejecución para evitar demandas o reclamaciones de los contratistas. Todas ellas basadas en la equidad y justicia, valores que regulan la ejecución de cualquier contrato
Abstract
The work contract, civil or public work, in the economic life generates bigand difficult social, economic and legal conflicts, all of them due to amisinterpretation and application of the norms that rules these legal acts.This article point out the legal reasons that the parties involved in the contract execution in order to avoid claims and demands from the contractors. All of them base on the equity and justice, values that governs the execution for any contract.
