En el presente artículo, la autora se refiere al protocolo de familia,uno de los aspectos relevantes para el estudio de la empresa familiar,figura de especial importancia en la economía colombiana. El marcode análisis se circunscribe a aspectos como el concepto de protocolode familia, naturaleza jurídica del protocolo, elementos esencialesdel protocolo, características del protocolo, relación entre el protocoloy los estatutos, límites, oponibilidad de las normas consagradas en elprotocolo de familia y contenido del protocolo.
Abstract
In this paper, the author refers to the family protocol, an importantaspect in the study of family entrepreneurship, figure of specialrelevance in the Colombian economy. This paper refers to aspectslike the concept of family protocol , legal concept of familyprotocol , essential elements, characteristics of family protocol , relationship between the protocol and the entrepreneurship by-laws, limits, oppose at third parthies and content of the protocol.
