En el presente trabajo se hace un análisis sobre los orígenes filosóficosde la teoría de la acción y sus características en el área penal. Resalta laimportancia del concepto filosófico de acción humana y de la acciónen el derecho penal, estudiando el concepto jurídico de delito y elpresupuesto de la acción en el mismo. El autor cita a varios doctrinantesuniversales sobre estos aspectos.
Abstract
In this paper the author refers to the philosophical origins of the theoryof action and its elements in Criminal Law. Remarks how important isthe philosophical concept of human action and the concept of crimeaction; studying the concept of crime and the hypothesis of crime action.The author cites some recognized authors on Criminal Law.
