Abstract
Within the national context crossed by the positive outcome of the peace dialogues between the government and the FARC-EP, after decades of social and armed conflict, it is fundamental to talk about the role played by the media in them. These, have been responsiblefor telling the facts of the war and, at the same time, characterize the immersed actors from one position or the other. Therefore, this degree workfocuses on a critical analysis of the discourse (CAD) of the El Tiempo newspaper and Voz about the FARC-EP, during the peace dialogues in La Habana, Cuba (2012-2016), that mark the transit of this guerrilla towards a legal political project.
The above mentioned analysis appears in three moments, two of them, chronologically handled: the opening of the table and the progress in the agenda Ítems that built the final agreement. Consecutively, transverse situations of this period of time are covered: the military ¡ncursions and/or confrontaron by the guerillas and, on the other hand, the representative gestures of goodwill of the FARC-EP.
While ¡t ¡s clear that the media also stimulate the construction of the symbolic universe of what ¡s thought, felt and done, the way ¡n which this work ¡s done depends on the ¡nterests of each of them. For this reason, the way ¡n which the FARC-EP are or are not represented, ¡s the product of the political oreconomical position.
