Abstract
Inclusion is a fundamental aspect within the framework of education, which allows creating suitable spaces to train students in different values, which are necessary for the construction of a responsible and responsible society. Teachers are a main entity in any educational process, since they have the duty to train their students not only in the academic part but also to contribute to the integral development of each of the children, for which they must be trained. and have the right skills to achieve that goal.
From the classrooms and the different institutions, a constant search of educational inclusion has been started, which consists of allowing the students who present different situations to be accepted and valued for being people, but not excluded for any circumstance.
Therefore, it is necessary that the education system is not only linked to impart content on peace and inclusion, on the contrary, it is necessary to have a theoretical support that materializes good actions and this can be done through the ethics of care, where new tools and methodologies are used to reach all the cells and support the importance of this to the little ones.
In this way, the role of the teacher must be really important, because through the sum of their efforts, the school will become a space where the post-conflict materializes, above all generate the real opportunities so that the new generations will not never contemplate the possibility of repeating the spiral of war.
