Abstrait
What would happen if I wake up one day and my glasses have gone missing? I would be forced to see badly, to walk in the phantasmagoric world that has always been next to me, but that I had been able to avoid. A mist emanates from my eyes and flood everything around me. Many years I have lived in between two worlds. The “ real” world where everything is clear, and the world of fog where everything fades in illusions. With the idea of giving a sense of materiality to those sensations I carne upon the technique of animation. The fog is not static, is in constant movement, and the animation, with an experimental approach allowed me to ask and sink in those worlds. There are two animated films because there are inside me two different ways of seeing, opposite to each other, they push, and they coexist simultaneously and overlap each other in eternal struggle. That character of opposite ¡s shown when you confront the animated films. The charcoal, chalk and paper, together with sounds and heavy movements are confronted by water, ink and the sensation of a thick brittleness. In other words this work is about matter and ¡ts ability to move and change.
