El Abra, El crux del dibujo

Resumen
Partiendo de una serie de similitudes en mi proceso como dibujante y escalador, busco aproximarme al dibujo con una mentalidad que se debe tener al momento de escalar: seguridad en los movimientos, respiración lenta, conciencia kinestésica.
Para realizar esto, me traslado a un farallón cercano al municipio de Tocancipá, Cundinamarca, llamado “ El Abra” ; y vivo allí durante cuatro semanas, dedicado únicamente a dibujar y escalar la roca. A partir de esta experiencia, y la incomodidad que trae en mi vida cotidiana, planteo una exposición de dibujos.
Abstract
Starting from the ¡dea that there are a few similarities between mi process as an artist and as a climber, I tried to approach to the drawing with the mentality that I have at the moment of climbing: be completely secure of every movement, breath very slow to stay calm, have a kinesthetic conscience etc.
I traveled to a cliff near Tocancipá, Cundinamarca called “ El Abra” , and stayed in there for four weeks, focus only in draw and climb the rocks. Based on that experience I realized a exhibition of drawings.
