Resumen
La presente monografía de grado, busca exponer el tratamiento de los territorios baldíos en la legislación colombiana, los instrumentos de administración e incidencia en la propiedad de la tierra, sus limitaciones y el uso de las Zonas de Ordenamiento de la Propiedad, en especial las Zonas de Interés de Desarrollo Rural, Económico y Social –ZIDRES-. Con este fin se inicia dando un concepto legal de bien baldío, se pasa hacer alusión de la ley 160 de 1994 y sus decretos reglamentarios, así como tratamientos normativos del tema. Finalmente se hará a las zonas especiales recalcando el contenido de las ZIDRES.
Abstract
The following thesis, has as purpose expose the legal treatment of the vacant territories in the Colombian legislation, the administrative instruments and the incidence of the property od the land, its limitations and the use of the Zonas de ordenamiento de la propiedad, specially the Zonas de Interes de Desarrollo rural, Económico y social- ZIDRES-. With this intention, the text begin giving a legal definition of a vacant territories, then it is given a reference of the Law 160 of 1994, its regulatory decrees and its normative treatment of the topic. Finally, it will be analyze the Zonas de reservas especiales specially the ZIDRES.
