Resumen
La Iniciativa de Diplomacia Deportiva y Cultural del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia surgió como una propuesta dirigida a fortalecer las relaciones internacionales y promover la apuesta del Gobierno nacional por favorecer la inclusión social, la convivencia pacífica y el diálogo intercultural a través del deporte y la cultura.
Ha posibilitado una notoria diversificación de la política exterior, ha permitido socializar una imagen positiva del país y un empleo adecuado de su Soft Power, adicionalmente, ha logrado brindar oportunidades a niños, niñas y adolescentes de tener una interesante experiencia que puede cambiar su vida positivamente.
Aunque la Iniciativa ha logrado beneficios importantes para las comunidades beneficiadas, tiene un enorme potencial de crecimiento y mejora.
Abstract
The Sports and Cultural Diplomacy Initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia emerged as a proposal aimed at strengthening international relations and promoting the commitment of the national government to promote social inclusion, peaceful coexistence and intercultural dialogue through sport and culture.
It has enabled a remarkable diversification of foreign policy, has allowed to socialize a positive image of the country and proper use of its Soft Power, Additionally, It has managed to provide opportunities for children and adolescents to have an interesting experience that can positively change their lives .
Although the Initiative has achieved important benefits for the beneficiary communities, it has enormous potential for growth and improvement.
