Resumen
En este trabajo se hace un análisis del aporte cultural que le realizan las librerías independientes a Bogotá. Para esto, a lo largo de todos los capítulos que conforman esta tesis se realiza un viaje histórico, que va desde los orígenes de la biblioteca en la Grecia Antigua, pasando por el surgimiento del modelo de librería independiente en la Europa de los años veinte, hasta la actualidad.
Por último, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es resaltar el valor que tiene las librerías independientes bogotanas al ofrecen diversas experiencias culturales a través de una sólida oferta temática que las hacen diferenciarse entre ellas mismas, ya sea por sus clubs de lectura, sus talleres de arte, los cafés que ofrecen o los eventos que realizan masivamente.
Abstract
This work analyzes the cultural contribution made by independent bookstores to Bogotá. For this, throughout all the chapters that make up this thesis there is a historical journey, which goes from the origins of the library in Ancient Greece, going through the emergence of the independent bookshop model in Europe from the 1920s to the present.
Finally, the main objective of this work is to highlight the value of independent bookstores in Bogota by offering diverse cultural experiences through a solid thematic offer that make them differentiate themselves, either by their book clubs, their art workshops, the cafes they offer or the events they hold massively.
