dc.description.abstract | Este artículo busca demostrar la dualidad presente entre la efectividad de las normas imperativas de derecho internacional y el uso de medidas tortuosas y tratos indignos por parte de diversos agentes estatales en el globo para la consecución de datos fidedignos en orden de proteger bienes jurídicos y derechos superiores. Específicamente se aborda una perspectiva normativista y moral en relación con las actitudes de los estados por la protección de los derechos humanos y la prevalencia del ordenamiento internacional a través de las normas de ius cogens. | spa |
