El presente artículo realiza un análisis del proceso de integración suramericana con base la producción normativa sobre Inversión Extranjera Directa (IED) de la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC) y la relación directa con la configuración de Gobernanza Multinivel en América del Sur. En primer lugar, se realizará una aproximación teórica al tema. En segundo lugar, se plasmará un marco general sobre la relación entre la IED y la OMC para concluir con un análisis sobre los efectos de la formulación de normas sobre IED en la gobernanza multinivel comercial de Suramérica.
Abstrait
The following article pretends to analyze the South American integration process based on the World Trade Organization (WTO) Direct Foreign Investment (FDI) normative production and the direct relationship with the regional Multilevel Governance configuration. First, the author will expose a theorical approach to the main topic. Following this, a brief study on the FDI and the WTD link framework will be done. Finally, the author will concluded with an evaluation on the FDI rulemaking effects on multilevel trade governance in South America.
