Brief comments on the exercise of human freedom : a reflexion from Foucault and the juridic constitution of a society in AristotleResumen
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to construct a critical reflection surrounding some approaches that Aristotle and Foucault give us in their respective works Nicomachean Ethics and Ethics of the Self-care as a practice of freedom. It seeks to point out a turn in the philosophy behind the exercise of political power, from one that justifies the State intervention in the privet sphere of the people, to the contemporary postulates of the liberalism and the imperious necessity to bet to autonomy in every aspect of human existence and habits that does not interfere with others juridical interests.
