La inimputabilidad del menor en el Sistema Penal Colombiano

Teniendo en cuenta la importancia del menor en la sociedad colombiana y el conflicto que lo consume a diario, es pertinente analizar la posición que éstos tienen frente al sistema penal y la responsabilidad que han venido asumiendo a través de la evolución del Código Penal y su comparación con el sistema americano, para así concluir que su regulación se da mediante un sistema de jurisdicción especial destinado a la rehabilitación y resocialización del menor en la sociedad.

Abstract

Taking into account the importance of minors in Colombian society, and the conflict that affects them daily, it is relevant to study their position regarding the criminal system and the level of responsibility they have had through the various Criminal Codes as well as the system’s comparison with American law, concluding that they are regulated by a special responsibility system.
