Propiedad intelectual de medicamentos en el TLC

Este estudio pretende analizar el impacto de las normas comerciales internacionales en el tema de la propiedad intelectual de medicamentos, como consecuencia directa de las negociaciones de Colombia con Estados Unidos en el TLC. De esta manera, teniendo en cuenta los avances tecnológicos y la apertura de la globalización en los diferentes aspectos de la vida diaria, se hace necesario estudiar los posibles beneficios y efectos negativos que podrían incidir en la salud pública y el acceso a los medicamentos.

Abstract

This study pretends to analyze the impact of the international commercial norms in the fill of the intellectual property of medicines, as a direct consequence of the negotiations between Colombia with United States in the TLC. In this way, taking into account the technological advances and the aperture of the globalization in the different aspects of the diary life, it is necessary to study the possible benefits and negative effects that could affect the public health and the access to the medicines.
