El artículo se propone exponer las razones por la cuales debe ser una política del Estado la protección a la familia, especialmente en los casos donde se dan tratos violentos, rompiendo con la armonía y paz en el núcleo familiar. De esta manera me dispongo a desarrollar y explicar el tipo penal de violencia intrafamiliar, como una forma que tiene el Estado de evitar estas prácticas que han sido reiterativas en la historia de nuestro país.
Abstract
This article intends to expose the reasons of why politics of the State should be the protection of the family, especially in the cases where violent treatments are breaking with the harmony and peace in the family nucleus. That’s the reason of why I would like to develop and explain the penal type of violence intrafamiliar, like a form that has the State for avoiding these practices that have been reiterative in the history of our country.
