Las Comisiones de Regulación : el punto medio de las agencias independientes en Colombia

Las agencias reguladoras actualmente son un tema de gran importancia en la economía de un país pues son una forma de intervención estatal especializadas y técnicas que buscan una eficiencia que generalmente es esquiva. Sin embargo, el Estado por sí solo puede producir mas fallas en la economía que el mismo mercado. Así, debe existir una sabia combinación entre participación del Estado y participación del mercado en la economía, a fin de evitar sus fallas que son creadas por el exceso de uno u otro.

Abstract

The regulating agencies are a very important topic in any nation economy, the reason: that is the way the Estate can intervene the economy in a technical and specialized approach in order to achieve efficiently. How ever, this situation could produce a failure itself in the nation’s economy. That is why it must exist a wise combination between the participation of the Estate and the participation of the market, so it won’t be any failure because of the excess of one or other.
