En este trabajo de grado se realiza un estudio sobre el proceso de trasformación que ha experimentado el consejo cominutario de La Larga-Tumaradó en el Bajo Atrato chocoano, en medio del conflicto armado colombiano. Así, se analizan tanto los avances como las limitaciones que dicho proceso ha tenido a lo largo del tiempo.
Abstrait
In this degree work, a study is carried out on the transformation process that the La Larga-Tumaradó cominutary council has undergone in the Chocoano Bajo Atrato, in the middle of the Colombian armed conflict. Thus, both the advances and the limitations that this process has had over time are analyzed.
