El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como principal objetivo identificar las diferentes motivaciones, las barreras y las rutinas que adquieren los tenedores de mascotas referentes a sus responsabilidades y practicas adquiridas, muestra cómo el hecho de no recoger los excrementos de la mascota afecta la salud pública y el medio ambiente, así mismo busca identificar aquellos factores que influyen en los comportamientos relacionados con la recolección de excrementos por parte de los tenedores de mascotas de la localidad de Kennedy, en el barrio castilla, con el fin de proponer un plan de mercadeo social. Sin embargo, hay que entender también, que hoy día se está pasando por cambios culturales y sociales drásticos que afectan de alguna manera a la sociedad y es allí donde cobra sentido el precio que en ocasiones se debe asumir, esto con el fin de generar realmente cambios positivos introspectivamente y para la sociedad.
Con base en esto, se genera un plan de mercadeo social que busca promover comportamientos responsables con la recolección de excrementos de mascotas en la ciudad de Bogotá: Cuando “no recoger” afecta la salud pública y el medio ambiente.
Abstract
This thesis work has as main objective to identify the different motivations, barriers and routines that pet holders acquire regarding their responsibilities and acquired practices, shows how the fact of not picking up the pet's droppings affects public health and The environment also seeks to identify those factors that influence the behaviors related to the collection of excrement by the pet holders of the Kennedy town, in the Castilla neighborhood, in order to propose a social marketing plan. However, it must also be understood that today there is going through drastic cultural and social changes that affect society in some way and that is where the price that sometimes must be assumed makes sense, this in order to really generate positive changes introspectively and for society.
Based on this, a social marketing plan is generated that seeks to promote responsible behavior with the collection of pet droppings in the city of Bogotá: When “not collecting” affects public health and the environment.
