Community organization practices and their relationship with the construction of territoriality and autonomy : case of the Asociación Agro minera del CaucaResumen
La Asociación Agrominera del Cauca (Asoagromicauca) es el fruto de un proceso de crecimiento comunitario que se ha consolidado como un ente regulador de la vida comunitaria y como ordenadora del territorio, entre otras atribuciones que la comunidad le ha encomendado. Este panorama orientó la pregunta de investigación: ¿De qué manera las prácticas de organización comunitaria desarrolladas por Asoagromicauca han determinado entre 1990 y 2017, la construcción de formas de autonomía y territorialidad?
Para dar respuesta a esta pregunta se trazó como objetivo general: identificar y analizar con perspectiva histórica las prácticas de organización comunitaria de Asoagromicauca y su relación con la construcción de territorialidad y autonomía en el periodo 1990-2017. Que fue desarrollado a través de los siguientes objetivos específicos: Determinar temporalmente las prácticas organización comunitaria de Asoagromicauca y su proceso de construcción. Caracterizar las prácticas de autonomía territorial desde la perspectiva de los actores involucrados y sus alcances. Identificar los efectos que tienen las formas de organización comunitaria de Asoagromicauca en la construcción de territorialidad y autonomía .
Este ejercicio investigativo se abordó desde un enfoque cualitativo, para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos señalados se realizó un estudio de caso en el que se utilizaron las siguientes herramientas: observación participante, entrevistas, análisis de contenido, revisión de fuentes secundarias y triangulación.
El cuerpo del documento está compuesto por seis capítulos. El primero está formado por el planteamiento del problema, la justificación, los objetivos y la metodología. El segundo aparte lo componen el marco teórico y el estado del arte, que en su orden aparecen en el texto como Otros recorridos por la autonomía, el cual permite una aproximación conceptual a los términos de autonomía, autonomía territorial, y territorialidad; y Cómo nos ven desde afuera, hace un recorrido por otros lugares, pueblos que ejercen la autonomía territorial respectivamente.
El tercero, cuarto y quinto capítulo exponen los resultados; y son titulados de la siguiente manera: Lo que hemos construido, hace un recorrido temporal de las practicas de organización comunitaria. Caminando la palabra y ejerciendo la autonomía, caracteriza las prácticas de autonomía que han desarrollado las comunidades agromineras en estudio. Finalmente, bajo el epígrafe Esta tierra es lo que somos, se identifican los efectos que tienen las formas de organización comunitaria en la construcción de autonomía y territorialidad. Al cierre, las conclusiones y la bibliografía utilizada en el documento.
Abstract
The Asociación Agrominera del Cauca (Asoagromicauca) is the result of a process of community growth that has established itself as a regulator of community life and as an organizer of the territory, among other powers entrusted to it by the community. This panorama guided the research question: How have the community organization practices developed by Asoagromicauca determined between 1990 and 2017, the construction of forms of autonomy and territoriality?
To answer this question, the general objective was to identify and analyze with historical perspective the practices of community organization of Asoagromicauca and its relationship with the construction of territoriality and autonomy in the period 1990-2017. Which was developed through the following specific objectives: Temporarily determine the community organization practices of Asoagromicauca and its construction process. Characterize territorial autonomy practices from the perspective of the actors involved and their scope. Identify the effects that the forms of community organization of Asoagromicauca have on the construction of territoriality and autonomy.
This research exercise was approached from a qualitative approach, in order to comply with the stated objectives, a case study was conducted in which the following tools were used: participant observation, interviews, content analysis, review of secondary sources and triangulation.
The body of the document is composed of six chapters. The first consists of the problem statement, the justification, the objectives and the methodology. The second part is made up of the theoretical framework and the state of the art, which in their order appear in the text as Other tours of autonomy, which allows a conceptual approach to the terms of autonomy, territorial autonomy, and territoriality; and How they see us from the outside, they take a tour of other places, towns that exercise territorial autonomy respectively.
The third, fourth and fifth chapter set out the results; and they are titled in the following way: What we have built, makes a temporary tour of community organization practices. Walking the word and exercising autonomy, characterizes the autonomy practices that the agrominera communities under study have developed. Finally, under the heading This land is what we are, the effects of the forms of community organization in the construction of autonomy and territoriality are identified. At closing, the conclusions and the bibliography used in the document.
