La potestad ejecutiva o administrativa del vicario general en la iglesia particular

El capítulo primero contiene una detallada presentación de la potestad vicaria en los orígenes bíblicos y eclesiológicos, cuyo método histórico evidencia la forma en que esa potestad está íntimamente ligada al plan divino de la salvación que, a su vez, se amalgama entre la tradición eclesial y la legislación canónica. En el capítulo segundo se dedica al estudio de la potestad vicaria, específicamente a la potestad ejecutiva o administrativa del vicario general en la Iglesia diocesana, mediante un método comparativo que aborda: la Sagrada Escritura, el magisterio eclesial y los cánones de la legislación establecida en los códigos de Derecho Canónico de 1917 y 1983. En el capítulo tercero, el método exegético permite indagar cuál es el origen del vicario general, en la estructura jerárquica, los requisitos para su nombramiento, sus funciones en el ejercicio de la potestad encomendada como participación, en la capitalidad del obispo diocesano, y quienes, en derecho, se equiparan a él (cfr. can. 368).

Abstract

The first chapter contains a detailed presentation of the vicarious power in biblical and ecclesiological origins, whose historical method shows how this power is intimately linked to the divine plan of salvation, which, in turn, is amalgamated between the ecclesial tradition and canon law. In the second chapter it is dedicated to the study of the vicarious power, specifically to the executive or administrative power of the vicar general in the diocesan Church, by means of a comparative method that addresses: Sacred Scripture, the ecclesial magisterium and the canons of the legislation established in the codes of Canon Law of 1917 and 1983. In the third chapter, the exegetical method allows to inquire what is the origin of the vicar general, in the hierarchical structure, the requirements for his appointment, his functions in the exercise of the power entrusted as participation, in the capital of the diocesan bishop, and who , in law, they are equated to it (cf. can. 368).
